Note: The generally sad level of proficiency disclosed by the take-home tests for Chp 18 and Chps 14-18 suggested the desirability of spending time on the review pages (Mise en Train ) of this 2nd year text, originally intended to compensate for summer vacation forgetting.  We started this last week and will continue until finished.  Method: students work on their own, writing out answers; I'll find time somehow to review work viva voce with them in stages, or provide feedback by marking their paperwork.
